Handledare: Sara Öhlin

Nyckelord: Digitalisering, kundrelationer, strategi, kommunikation, värdeskapande, SD-Logic

Keywords: Digitalization, customer relations, strategy, communication, value creation, SD-Logic

Research question: "How do corporate customers and bank employees experience that the relationship is affected by the banks' digitalization strategies?"

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate how bank employees and the banks' corporate customers experience that their relationship has been affected by the ongoing digitalization of banking services.

Method: The study used a qualitative method, with an abductive approach. Data collection was conducted through semi-structured interviews and analyzed through a thematic analysis.

Conclusion: The present study shows that the relationship between corporate customers and bank employees has been reshaped rather than strengthened or weakened. The key point is how well banks' digital strategies balance technology with human presence, a balance that determines the possibility of co-creation of value.
