The purpose of this study was to highlight the conditions for preschool staff's work in preschool education in the event of change. Using a quantitative data collection method, web-based questionnaire, we examined preschool staff's experiences and descriptions of given support for their work in periods of change.  To work in preschool, it is required that preschool staff possess versatile skills and knowledge. Bronfenbrenner's ecological systems theory helps us in our study to understand how different factors affect each other in different environments. We therefore chose this theoretical perspective, which reflects the individual's development and learning in relation to how different systems interact and can create quality within different relationships. The results showed several different factors that affect preschool staff's conditions and support in their work. The conclusion of the study shows that the requirements and conditions for preschool staff are seen to have a lack of pace and that the management's conditions can advantageously be reviewed further.

Syftet med denna studie var att belysa förutsättningar för förskolepersonals arbete i förskolans utbildning vid förändring. Med hjälp av en kvantitativ datainsamlingsmetod, webbaserat frågeformulär, undersökte vi förskolepersonals upplevelser och beskrivningar av givet stöd för sitt arbete i förändring. För att arbeta inom förskolan, krävs det att förskolepersonal besitter mångsidiga färdigheter och kunskaper. Bronfenbrenners ekologiska systemteorin hjälper oss i vår studie att förstå hur olika faktorer påverkar varandra i olika miljöer. Vi valde systemteorin, då den speglar individens utveckling och lärande i förhållande till hur olika system samspelar och kan skapa kvalitét inom olika relationer. Resultaten visade på flertalet olika faktorer som påverkar förskolepersonals förutsättningar och stöd i deras arbete. Slutsatsen av studien visar på att krav och förutsättningar för förskolepersonal ses ha en otakt samt att ledningens förutsättningar med fördel kan ses över ytterligare.
