Abstract [sv]

Detta är en kvalitativ intervjustudie utifrån ett sociokulturellt perspektiv, där åttasemistrukturerade intervjuer genomförts. Syftet är att undersöka hur rektorer möjliggör kommunikativ kompetensutveckling för förskolepersonalen. Resultatet visar att kommunikation är centralt i förskolekontext där förskolepersonalen och rektorerna visar sig tillfreds med förutsättningarna angående kompetensutveckling. Samtidigt visar slutsatsen att ett kollegialt kontinuerligt lärande i arbetslaget är något som anses vara av vikt för en samsyn i arbetslaget.
