Abstract [sv]

Abstract [en]

The purpose of this study is to investigate how Mälardalen university handles work environment issues related to employees' use of WET outside the workplace. The study will also investigate whether the employees are negatively affected by the boundless way of working that WET brings. Further, the study will provide suggestions on how the university can further manage employees' use of WET outside the workplace.
