Abstract [en]
The object of this bachelor thesis was to examine Skyways and Amapolas AMP in relation to revised and new maintenance tasks in the MPD and MRBD. The work was conducted on site at Skyways, Jönköping Airport.
The thesis began with a review of all structural AD's to see which aircraft individuals that were affected by each AD. The outcome of the review led to a list of all the AD-numbers where aircraft serial numbers was noted for applicable AD.
The major part of the thesis was to verify Skyways and Amapolas AMP compared to their MRO program, AMICOS. As well to compare these against the revised MRBD and MPD documents. The outcome of the review led to a table where errors have been noted and reported to Skyways.
Throughout the bachelor thesis we have worked closely with our advisor Daniel Frösslund, who works as a maintenance program engineer at Skyways.
"Aircraft operation and Maintenance I", "Aircraft operation and Maintenance II" and "Aircraft Systems Engineering" has been the most preparatory courses prior to this thesis. When we encountered difficulties or when we lacked expertise, our advisor Mr. Frösslund helped us out.
The entire bachelor thesis has been permeated by high efficiency, thanks to easy access and good guidance from personnel at Skyways. With this in mind could deadlines for the thesis be held without any problems.
