Abstract [sv]

Rapporten behandlar upprättandet av rollbeskrivningar för STOMT-T, SAS Technical Services avdelning för planering av ”Line Maintenance” (underhåll som utförs under nattstopp, för att erhålla flygvärdighet).

Arbetet syftar till att effektivisera verksamheten inom STOMT-T. Rollbeskrivningarna är även tilltänkta som hjälpmedel då ett nytt datasystem tas i bruk.

Under arbetets gång har intervjuer med personalen på STOMT-T genomförts. Materialet har sedan analyserats i samarbete med ledningen och legat som grund för framtagna rollbeskrivningar.

Arbetet resulterade i upprättade befattningsbeskrivningar för samtliga roller inom STOMT-T. För att möjliggöra mätning av effektivitet och prestation har nyckeltal inkluderats. Kontinuerliga uppdateringar av rollbeskrivningarna och tillämpning av relevanta nyckeltal rekommenderas.

Om god användaracceptans erhålls och föreslagna rekommendationer tillämpas, kommer önskad effektivisering att uppnås.

Abstract [en]

This paper describes the creation of job role descriptions for STOMT-T, SAS Technical Services department for planning of Line Maintenance (maintenance performed during night stops, in order to obtain airworthiness).

The objective is to increase the efficiency of the activities within STOMT-T. The role descriptions are also intended as an aid when a new computer system is being taken into use.

As work progressed, interviews with the employees of STOMT-T where performed. The material then was analyzed in cooperation with the management and used as the basis for creation of the role descriptions.

The work resulted in job role descriptions for all roles within STOMT-T. In order to enable measurement of efficiency and performance, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) has been included. Continuous updates of the role descriptions and the use of relevant KPI is recommended.

If good user acceptance is being obtained and proposed recommendations are applied, desired efficiency improvements will be achieved.
