Sammanfattning

 

Den här studien har som syfte att ta fram en ny förändringsmodell som ledare kan ha som hjälpmedel vid organisationsförändringar. Syftet är även att belysa ledarens betydande roll och dess påverkan vid organisationsförändringar. Intervjuer med medarbetare i banksektorn har gjorts och knutits ihop med relevant teori. Forskarna har bland annat velat få fram medarbetarnas upplevelser kring organisationsförändringar samt ledarens agerande. Studiens resultat visar att kommunikation, motivation och delaktighet tillsammans med en demokratisk ledarskapsstil kan göra att medarbetare upplever organisationsförändringar som något positivt. Utifrån detta resultat har en ny förändringsmodell i form av ett hjärta framställts. Studien är begränsad till medarbetare och deras tankar kring förändringsledning.

Abstract [en]

Abstract

This study has as aim to take forward a new change model that leaders can to use themselves of as aids wide organization changes. The aim is also to elucidate the leader's significant role and its impact wide organization changes. Interviews with employees in bank oak towers have been done and been linked together with relevant theory. The researchers have among other thing wanted to few forward the employees' experiences around organization changes and about the leaders act. The study's results show that communication, motivation and participation along with a democratic leadership style can to do that employees experience organization changes as something positive. On the basis of this result a new change model in the form of a heart has been produced. The study is finite to employees and their thoughts around change management.
