Abstract [en]

This thesis examines the factors influencing multinational corporations'  decisions regarding their operations in the Russian market during the invasion of  Ukraine. By analyzing the interplay of economic and geopolitical elements, the  study reveals how these factors impact MNCs' choices to stay or exit the market.  The insights gained will aid policymakers, investors, and stakeholders navigate  global business complexities and ensure responsible corporate conduct. This  research enhances understanding of MNCs' responses to the evolving landscape  in Russia during times of conflict.
