Teorin behandlar delat ledarskap, dess för‐ och nackdelar, samt hur ledarskapet påverkar verksamheten. Teoriavsnittet beskriver också begreppet kreativitet, betydelsen av kreativitet samt de faktorer som påverkar kreativiteten. Empirin är uppdelad i två delar. Den ena behandlar för‐ och nackdelar med delat ledarskap. Del två av empirin utvecklar dessa påståenden samt beskriver kreativa möjligheter med arbetssättet.  Analysen förklarar kopplingarna mellan delat ledarskap och kreativitet, samt vilka faktorer som påverkar organisationer och dess medlemmar. Resultatet visar att delat ledarskap indirekt påverkar kreativitet.

Abstract [en]

The theory chapter deals with shared leadership and its positive and negative aspects, and how the leadership affects the business. The theory chapter also deals with the notion creativity; the importance of creativity and which factors that affects creativity. The empiric is divided in two parts. The first part deals with positive and negative aspects of shared leadership. The second part of the empiric evolves these statements and describes its creative possibilities. The analysis describes the connection between shared leadership and creativity, and which factors affects organizations and its members. The results show that shared leadership in an indirect way affects creativity.
