Abstract [en]

This report describes the construction of a modular floor mountable in Husmuttern's work system. Questions that this work will attend is how to design the floor so that it meets the company's, Swedish building standards and Masonite Beams building rules and requirements while all article numbers are standardized and can handle the load of the various building concepts? The problem that the work deals with is how to construct the modular floor so that it is mounted in Husmuttern's work system and standardize the assembly and articles for efficient material consumption. 

The method for this work has been to follow the six phases of the product development process, in which the last phase is not included, with an agile approach by having close contact with experts, subcontractors and collaboration with the degree project for the roof. Construction of the floor was dealt with in Solidworks (2021-2022), where certain problems such as the construction surface against the house foundation, installation method and external cladding were solved through consultation with experts, which is analyzed at the end of the report. 

The conclusion is that the most difficult thing about modular house construction is to keep the module fully assembled with all components at the same time as full pre-assembly has not yet taken place. The result is given in a fully constructed modular floor that consists of two modules. The floor passes all the requirements set by experts, the CEO of the company and general building regulations but needs deeper quality assurance and further development in some of the components.

Denna rapport beskriver konstruktionen av ett modulärt golv monterbart i Husmutterns arbetssystem. Frågor som detta arbete behandlar är hur man kan konstruera golvet så att den uppfyller företagets, svensk byggstandards och masonite beams byggregler och krav samtidigt som samtliga artikelnummer är standardiserad och klarar av lasten av de olika byggkoncepten? Problemet som arbetet behandlar är hur man ska konstruera det modulära golvet så att det är monterbart i Husmutterns arbetssystem samt standardisera monteringen och artiklarna föreffektiv materialåtgång.

Metoden för detta arbete har varit att följa produktutvecklingsprocessens sex faser, där den sista fasen i detta arbete inte behandlas, med ett agilt tillvägagångssätt genom att ha nära kontakt med experter, underleverantörer och samarbete med examensarbetet för pulpettaket. Konstruering av golvet behandlades i Solidworks (2021-2022) där viss problematik som anläggningsytan mot husgrunden, monteringsmetod samt yttre klädnad löstes genom konsultation med experter som analyseras i slutet av rapporten.

Slutsatsen är att det svåraste med modulära husbyggen är att behålla modulen fullt kläddsam tidigt som full färdigmontering inte har skett än. Resultatet ges i en fullt konstruerad modulärt golv som består utav två moduler. Golvet uppnådde samtliga krav som sattes avexperter, verkställande direktören på företaget samt allmänna byggregler men kräver djupare kvalitetssäkring och vidareutveckling på vissa punkter.
