Abstract [en]

Within the city of Eskilstuna communal workplaces, just like most other workplaces, guidelines have been set up in 2020 and 2021 for how workers should act to prevent the continued spread of Covid-19. Communal workplaces have been assigned a number of guidelines for how work should be handled and how employees should act in view of the current Covid-19 pandemic. However there are differing opinions as to whether these guidelines are well-functioning and effective, or whether they are incomplete and should be improved as they are not followed as intended and are therefore ineffective. Because of these divided opinions, I want to try to find out what employees within these  workplaces generally think about the guidelines and how the guidelines are exercised, how this affects their daily working life and whether the guidelines should remain as they are or change to achieve the intended purpose.  This survey aims to see if the guidelines for communal workplaces are legitimate and have been implemented as they should.
