Title: Change process - in a business perspective.
A quantative case study that studied the correlation between communication, stress, technostress, and trust after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Research questions: What are the connections between "staben" and productions employees perspective on how the frequency of communication affect stress, technostress, and trust after a change process?
What is the difference between the two groups perspective on how the frequency of communication affects stress, technostress, and trust after a change process?
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate wheter there is a correlation between frequency of communication and stress, tehcnostress, and trsut and whether there is any difference between two working groups. This was done in relation to an unplanned change process, the COVID-19 pandemic.
Conclusion: The conclusions that can be drawn from this study is that there is a certain correlation between communication and trust as well as communication and technostress. However, this study found no evidence of a correlation between communication and stress within the case company. This study presented that there is a difference between the two working groups in the variables presented.
