Abstract [sv]

Utifrån denna studie går det att dra slutsatsen att företagets differentieringsstrategier har utgått från marknadsföringsmixen, STP-processen, värdeskapande, differentiering, relationsmarknadsföring & word of mouth, upplevelsebaserad marknadsföring och datadriven        marknadsföring. Förutom dessa faktorer har även företagets kultur och affärsidé varit en bidragande faktor till framgång. De lyckades undvika den “röda oceanen” och skapade en oupptäckt marknad i en “blå ocean”. Det finns inte några one-size-fits-all teorier men mycket går att anpassa och använda vid utformning av marknadsföringsstrategier. Det handlar om att se ett behov, revolutionera branschen och att våga vara unik.
