For many years, an intense debate has been going on in Sweden about the fact that construction costs are too high. A contributing reason for increased construction costs is believed to be due to inefficient production from most parties who add no value to the final production. Several studies indicate that there are opportunities for a more efficient construction process through carefully designed and improved construction logistics. Wellplanned construction logistics contribute to a well-functioning construction site, which contributes to reduced time wastage. The purpose of this thesis is to bring forth suggestions for an APD-plan with associated stage division and building logic solution for the future reconstruction of the plazas Stora torget and Bondtorget. Good planning that must take time is required for a well-thought-out rebuild. This contributes to reduced costs for unforeseen events and reduces construction time. To facilitate the reconstruction of Stora torget and Bondtorget, the reconstruction can be done in three stages. Stage division contributes to the redevelopment of the plaza with least disruption for the workers and for people who will be around the plaza. Just-in-time method is a good working method at orders as it helps to deliver the correct material at the right time and in the right place. It contributes to a low resource and efficient production
