Syftet är att studera hur ett företag inom mark- och anläggningsbranschen har implementerat ett digitalt system och hur det har påverkat företaget i sin helhet, vilket främst studeras utifrån ledningens perspektiv men även medarbetarnas. 

Vår slutsats är att den digitala transformationen bidragit till en kvalitetssäkring och att de vunnit fler anbud samt att arbetet har blivit tidseffektivare för ledningen. Dock är medarbetarna delade om hur förändringen gått, där några menar att deras arbete har underlättats genom mer kontroll medan vissa säger att de belastas med mer arbete. Överlag har den digitala förändringen inneburit något positivt även om förändringen inte blev 100% framgångsrik. Dock har det visat sig blivit bättre över tid och systemet kommer förmodligen uppnå en högre verkningsgrad inom företaget i framtiden.  

The purpose of this paper is to study how a company within the land and facility industry have implemented a digital system and how it has affected the company in whole, mainly from the perspective of the executives but also from the perspective of the coworkers. 

Our conclusion is that the digital transformation has contributed with better quality assurance, aided in getting more customers due to increased value in procurements and the managers daily work have become more time efficient. The coworkers however are split between saying that the transformation have facilitated their work through more control and some say that the transformation have charged them with more work. But the transformation has largely contributed to something positive, even though the transformation haven't been 100% successful. However, time has shown that the tolerance to the implemented system is getting better and the system will probably reach a higher efficiency within the company in the future.
