Research questions: What makes the employees stay in organization X?
Purpose: The study aims to create an understanding of why employees within organization X choose to stay.
Method: This study has been made through qualitative research strategy. Empirical data was made by interviews and where the questions was based on a semi-structured interview guide.
Conclusion: As a conclusion, what organizations have to do is to start from their employees, to see who is working in the organization and which values these have so the organization can adapt their offers with what the employees values are. Start internally to invest externally.
