Abstract [sv]

Six interviews were taken place, with respondents from two municipality in Sweden whom all have experience of collaborating. The results shows that the collaboration between the activities are desirable and appreciated. However, it varies at different workplaces. Furthermore, the result shows that there are some factors that prevent the collaboration from working in the best possible way. Based on the results, the writers have concluded that it is necessary to do some more research regarding this subject in order for it to develop and reach a solution. Moreover, people who work in this way should be more open minded, learn from other workplaces in which the collaboration is effective.
