Title: Organizational Culture and Leadership

Research questions: - How are organizational culture and leadership styles interrelated in Swedish multinational organizations?

- How are organizational culture and leadership styles of managers mutually functioning?

Purpose: The aim of this study is to create more knowledge about how the organizational culture and leadership styles influences each other in Swedish multinational enterprises through their interrelation.

Method: In this qualitative study, semi-constructed interviews were conducted with managers and employees within the organizations ABB and Volvo.

Conclusion: The organizational culture and leadership styles are interrelated. This function depends, in turn, on the exent to which organizational culture will affect members within the organization. The organizational culture sets the framework for how the management should lead and the managerial leaders can implement their personal touch to the organizational culture.
