Abstract [sv]

Bakgrund: Vårdmiljön har alltid varit i fokus vid alla vårdsammanhang, men vårdmiljön har samtidigt aldrig fått den bemärkelsen som den borde få och den relationella vårdmiljön har fått en viktig roll för patienternas upplevelse av både hälsa och välbefinnande. Problem: Sjuksköterskan har en viktig roll i skapandet av en god vårdmiljö, men upplever patienterna en vårdmiljö som god? Syfte: Syftet är att beskriva patienters erfarenheter av vårdmiljön i ljuset av det relationella perspektivet. Metod: Är en litteraturstudie med kvalitativ inriktning med en beskrivande syntes. Resultat: Visar att det finns ett antal faktorer som påverkar patienterna. Dessa faktorer utgår ifrån bevarandet av värdighet, trygghet, autonomi, delaktighet, kontinuitet, tillit och tillgänglighet i en relationell vårdmiljö. Slutsats: Medmänsklighet i den relationella vården är en avgörande faktor för patienternas trygghet och välbefinnande.

Abstract [en]

Background: The healthcare environment has always been the focus of all health care settings, but the health care environment while never got the sense that it should get and the relational care environment has had an important role in the patients ' experience of both health and well-being. Problem: The nurse has an important role in creating a good care environment, but patients experience a healthcare environment as well? Purpose: is to describe patients` experience of care environment in the light of relational perspective. Method: a literature study with qualitative approach with a descriptive synthesis.    Results: Shows that are a number of factors that affect patients. These factors are based on the preservation of the dignity, security, autonomy, participation, continuity, trust and availability in a relational environment. Conclusion: Humanity in the relational care is a crucial factor for the patients' safety and well-being.
