Abstract [sv]

Syfte: Kandidatuppsatsen har två syften som lyder:

  1. Skapa ett lämpligt verktyg för att undersöka organisationers innovationsmognad
  2. Utveckla innehållet i den metod som skapas för att undersöka innovationsmognad

 

Frågeställningar: Hur kan en prototyp skapas för att undersöka organisationers innovationsmognad?

- Vilken undersökningsmetod anses mest eftertraktat för organisationer att delta i vid en audit?

- Vilka beståndsdelar är viktiga i en innovativ organisation?

 

Metod: Metoden som använts för uppsatsen består av kvalitativa undersökningsmetoder i form av strukturerad intervjuer. Utöver detta har även en litteraturstudie gällande den innovativa organisationen gjorts som ligger till grund för innehållet i prototypen.

 

Slutsats: Slutsatsen resulterar dels i en enkätundersökning som ska användas för att  mäta innehållet i undersökningsmetoden, workshop, samt en prototyp i form av en spelplan. Spelplanen är uppbyggd utifrån den innovativa organisationen som vi tagit fram genom en litteraturstudie och innehåller diverse kategorier som är väsentliga när det kommer till innovation. Dessa delar utgörs i spelplanen av diverse spelmoment som ska få deltagarna att interagera och diskutera med varandra utifrån den egna organisationen.

Abstract [en]

Purpose: Bachelor’s thesis intends to have two purposes:

1.       Creating a suitable tool for examining organizations’ innovation maturity.

2.       Develop the content of the methodology created to highlight the innovation maturity.

 

Research-questions: How can a prototype be created to examine the innovation matureness in organizations?

-          Which method of examination is considered most desirable for organizations to participate in an audit?

-          Which components are important in an innovative organization?

 

Method: The method used for the essay consists of qualitative research methods in the form of structured interviews. In addition, even a literature study on the innovative organization made as the basis for the content of the prototype.

 

Conclusion: The conclusion results partly in a survey to be used to measure the content of the examination method, workshops, and a prototype in the form of a game board. The game board is constructed based on the innovative organization which the authors developed through a literature review and contains various categories that are essential when it comes to innovation. These parts consist of the playing field of various game elements to get the participants to interact and discuss with each other based on their own organization.
